What can I monitor?
HTTP or HTTPS addresses, TCP ports, DNS, TLS certificates, public IP, captive portals, and response times.
How do widgets update?
Widgets show the latest saved result. The app attempts to update when it opens, returns to the foreground, and periodically when iOS allows it.
What is included in VÖRDNET?
Up to three configurable monitors, manual checks, and widgets showing the most recent status.
Does VÖRDNET run a traditional ping?
On iOS, the test uses secure TCP connections to common ports; it is not the same as an ICMP ping from a computer.
